Sharing a nanny with another family is a win-win-win situation.

* Children are happy because they have someone to play with.

* Families are happy because they can split the nanny's salary between them.

* Nannies are happy because the pay is often higher with two families contributing.

Registration and placements fees for families sharing a nanny are discounted, as well. Each family pays $100 to register. If/when a placement is made, each family pays 5% of the nanny's gross yearly salary. If for any reason either family is unhappy with the nanny within the first three months, I will replace the nanny at no charge.
